- Trees tapped: about 150
How we collect and finish our syrup
- Sap collection: hand-collected
- Boiling: boiled down over a wood fire
- Finishing: filtered and bottled right away
We aim to keep things as fresh as possible: We aim to collect, boil, and bottle all on the same day.
