We make our maple syrup from sap we collect near Creemore, Ontario.

## Our tapping scale

- Buckets tapped: close to 200
- Trees tapped: about 150

## How we collect and finish our syrup

- Sap collection: hand-collected
- Boiling: boiled down over a wood fire
- Finishing: filtered and bottled right away

We aim to keep things as fresh as possible: We aim to collect, boil, and bottle all on the same day.

## Batch-to-batch taste differences

You may notice taste changes between batches; this is natural and can vary with weather conditions.
